Link to the Arch Linux Archive on package pages #450

Occasionally, I need to temporarily downgrade a package to resolve some upstream bugs - it'd be nice if "Versions elsewhere" also linked directly to the archive package listing, something like this:

The "(?)" would link to the archive wiki page for a quick explainer. I could also throw in the front page link #406 while we're at it.

Would you accept a PR for this?

Not sure if we really want to advertise the Archive as it could lead to some issues doing it without any background information. (Also ideally one would just use their own package cache), this page explains everything a lot better https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Downgrading_packages

That (?) could link to this page. IMO it would be useful to have archived versions linked there (especially when you're trying to unbork a rarely-used tool that might have rotated out of your package cache due to automatic cleanup), but maybe let's ping more folks for a second opinion?
