Gitlab Issues Integration

In a similar way to the JIRA integration it would be good to integrate with Gitlab issues and I'm sure there would be interest in other systems such as Github issues as well.

I plan to do some work for Gitlab on a fork but wondered if you had any suggestions for how best to implement this if you would like a pull request for any work done. The starting point for me would be issue creation.

it's a good idea to integrate with SCM bug tracking system. We would have a single module where we can give an option to users selection of bug tracking system while raise issue. I'll try to modify the UI of creating tickets with a selection. Let me know your thoughts.

Here is a link to see my work-in-progress which I think is nearly finished for my need, feel free to provide any feedback. For now it's a clone of the JIRA integration with a few improvements around reducing duplicated code but there is potential to rework it in future.
