'Tome of Divinity' quest cant be completed

Hi there, recently discover than this quest ( 1786 ) cant be completed.

When using item on creature ( 6172 ) get 'Invalid Target' msg and spell casting ( 8593 ) gets interrupted.

All my attemps to go throught this on db side have failed.

There is an 'spelltargetconstraints' entry for this quest: ( 8593, 0, 6172 )

Some other unworking quest like this are:

*) Tome of Divinity ( 1783 ): unable to use spell ( 8593 ) on creature ( 6177 )
*) Redemption ( 9600 ): unable to use spell ( 8593 ) on creature ( 17542 )
*) Redeeming the Dead ( 9685 ): unable to use spell ( 31225 ) on creature ( 17768 )

Tested some other spells from 'spelltargetconstraints' and they are working fine.
