ARM is a platform that is rapidly spreading. There are many cheap Linux based devices built on ARM processors, like the Raspberry PI, and Qualcomm (with the help of Microsoft) inspired by the successes of the ARM based Apple computers is now attacking the PC market.
All this means is that ARM is a platform that deserves some attention.
Because of all this, inspired and guided by Artox's patch in pr #386 I've successfully managed to make Arcemu compatible with the aarch64/ARM64 platform.
This means that Arcemu can be compiled, and used on those platforms.
For now only Ubuntu 22.04 for aarch64, and Windows 10 for ARM64 (vis cross-compiling) is supported.
If you don't have ARM based devices but would like to try it anyway, you can do so via QEMU, and I've written guides for this:
Building steps
Ubuntu 22.04 for aarch64
Windows
Note: The process is only tested with cross-building from amd64 to ARM64 with Visual Studio 2017. This means that you build for arm on a Windows for x86/amd64, then you have to copy the built files to the Windows for ARM machine.
