Predictions are partial when multiple evaluation models are specified #2

When multiple evaluation models are specified and protling.py is used to predict their structures, it prematurely stops prediction when the data for any of the evaluation models is exhausted. Fix to ensure that all proteins in all evaluation models are predicted.
