Continuation of #5

I don't know if this is the same issue, but I am still having compilation issues with the 6.0.1 version:

/Users/{user}/.gradle/caches/transforms-3/4d982f0315142115da05fdcd86a2a3aa/transformed/jetified-apptentive-core-ui-6.0.1/res/values/values.xml:705:5-986:13: AAPT: error: expected reference but got (raw string) .

There seems to be some issue with the merged values. I can still not compile the latest version.

Issue seems separate from the last, so a new one was made.

Could you try out a few things to see if these work:

  • Invalidate Caches and Restart in Android Studio
  • Try updating your gradle version and other dependencies (if you can)

If not, I would guide you to reach out to your CSM so we can collect some more info and have a deeper understanding of this issue and how to fix it.

We would need some things like some more error logs if possible, some versions of your other dependencies, and as a last resort, possibly having a small sample app where we could repro this bug, as we have not encountered it ourselves and are unsure how to.

I have tried your first two steps to no avail. I will see if I can put together a quick sample app that also shows the issue.
