Add a way to get messages in a channel containing a hashtag #353

As is available with posts, it'd be useful to be able to do something like: /stream/0/channels/[channel_id]/messages/tag/[hashtag]

I basically just want the ability to find messages in a specific channel with a specific hashtag.
