We could generate a nice HTML documentation, and link it from Contents..., the F1 key, and the [presently missing] Help button in the script editor. We're going to (ideally) have a lot of new features to document.

I would suggest doing an actual styled CSS/HTML5 layout for this, rather than an antique Compiled-HTML (chm) file as vanilla uses.

Probably going to use javascript to load innerhtml for the relevant switchy bits, rather than duplicating all the header/footer code (can't exactly require php for docs)
