Steps to reproduce

GitHub are removing support for Node 16 - possibly soon.
https://github.blog/changelog/2023-09-22-github-actions-transitioning-from-node-16-to-node-20/

Linkis uses lots of old versions of actions that are Node16 based.

Your CI logs have these warnings.

Expected behavior

Upgrade actions.
