[Bug] Can not list the character set of doris

• I had searched in the issues and found no similar issues.

What's Wrong?

I can not get the character set of doris by using both command SHOW CHARACTER and show charset.
SHOW CHARACTER does not work at all.
show charset works but with an empty list, and also on UI doc there is one letter which spells wrongly .--> “show chatset“.
