Create a Micrometer Prometheus extension

Maybe not mandatory to have. But we could create an extension that is just a wrapper for camel-quarkus-micrometer and micrometer-registry-prometheus.

E.g there's no need to depend on camel-micrometer-prometheus directly, since the above mentioned libs already provide the required functionality to configure Micrometer & expose metrics etc.
