Steps to reproduce

直接使用官网demo即可重现，点击圆圈自身区域时是不会打印onClick函数中的data的

会触发。
但是线很细，所以不容易触发

demo中点击这些有颜色的区域是没有触发onClick事件的，你可以再试试
