Any idea about supporting aria-* labels inside all components?

Hi guys,
is there any idea about supporting aria-* labels inside all components?
I mean, components are very very good, but on mobile devices all they have a lower touchability.
See for example :

1. chakra ui https://chakra-ui.com/
2. react-spectrum https://react-spectrum.adobe.com/react-spectrum/ActionBar.html

They all have aria by default.
