What happened?

Dropdown在滚动容器内，展开后再滚动时，标题跟随滚动，但面板固定，导致标题和面板分离。

设计角度应该此时不允许滑动，但遮罩只覆盖Dropdown下方，导致此时上方区域仍可以滚动。
