Journey Steps should appear on creation, not after finish #253

Currently journey steps are added to the journey after the call has been finished.
This has multiple disadvantages,

we don't see a request is being processed
order of requests can be mixed up (first in, slower, second place)
we can't see any monitoring info on requests which last too long.

We need a solution to show the request as "Running" but instantly.
