Description

Many terminals support OSC 8 hyperlinks see
If angular cli add osc 8 escape sequense to file with errors then users can just click on filename in output to open that file in default editor

Additionally cli can also add OSC 9;4 escape sequesnse to report progress in terminal https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/terminal/tutorials/progress-bar-sequences
