Login webview refreshes after rotating screen

Login webview refreshes after rotating screen, therefore we have to manually restore the state

I was testing on v59.05 on Android 10

This is clearly a minor problem, but you are encouraged to try fixing it!
This really will be helpful, as the problem is not specific to our AndStatus app.
