Does somebody have a problems with mDNS discovery in Android 9 and newer?

No not really. I am used this lib in my app and until now everything is working fine. The app is used by several devices with different android versions (everything from android 5 - 10).
I am using the 'DNSSDBindable' implementation.

I'm using it for OS versions from 5-10 too. Bindable.
Problems are mostly with Samsung. As usual.
For most of Samsung devices my workaround is: Create fake subscription call for mDNS and repeat it until receive mDNS. Samsung's filter requests fro multicast subscribe :(
