Is it possible? I can't find any C++ cross-compiler for DOS that can run a modern Windows system.

Turns out what I've been looking for is already right here, not sure why I didn't recognize it at first, sorry. This release works perfectly on Windows 10 x64. The only thing I could wish for is a newer compiler version like G++ 8 or 9.
