Bootstrap theme rederaning

Hi Andrew;

The bootstrap theme isn't rendered in the front-end side of the site. It works only in the admin area.

I was not able to perform the following step :

"Retrieve frontend dependencies with Bower, compile SASS, and move frontend files into place:

gulp"

What is "glup" mean? is it a bower command line?

Any idea on how to fix this issue ?
