create_region_object keeps running without an error

Hello! I have been trying to use the package for a few days now and I encountered an issue: I can easily load the methylation and annotation data using the read_met and read_anno functions, but when I run the create_region_object() afterwards, it just keeps running without an error. I waited for 2 days at first then tried it with a smaller section of the data, but it's still the same issue. What could be the problem here?

This is strange, this function should run relatively fast. Could you please share your output and commands here or directly via email (kapouranis.andreas@gmail.com) and I can have a look?
