A place for people to consent to sharing their harassing emails.

Need to consider how users can easily bulk consent if they'd like to, or by default share all, but remove some or redact certain keywords/parts.

Also need to consider what is "share". Share publicly? Share with us only? Share with us + other researchers?

What guarantees can we make about identification?
