while hopefully the interface is very intuitive, users may still have questions about how things work internally, what settings and options they will get, why we require certain access permissions to their inbox, etc. and they may not want to commit to creating an account to learn this stuff.

it would be nice to have a clear "getting started" guide and maybe an FAQ page on the site.

@leonahu we would love to get your help on this! :) Please let me know if there's any other info you need, and I'm happy to look over a draft anywhere if you'd like that before making a pull request!

@amyxzhang Psyched to help! Will dive right in and send out the draft copy soon. Will the content hosted only in the app ( signed-in) or will it also be linked/displayed on the landing page squadbox.org?

@leonahu Hmmm good question. I think we should have a more in-depth "About" page with an FAQ that's linked on the landing page. It might be nice to have a separate page when logged in that takes you through the motions of getting everything set up. Though that might be more of a wizard approach as opposed to strictly a document.

thank you for your interest in helping out, @leonahu!!! I agree with @amyxzhang that maybe we will end up having two separate pages and more of a setup wizard style for new users, but for now I think any resource/FAQ page we create can probably be accessible from both points. I'd rather over-inform than under-inform if people are interested in the tool and how it works!

@amyxzhang @kmahar Will be working on the content first this week, and share it with you at the end of the week.
