Notice with featured image is too vague in explaining why it should be set #6075

When no featured image is set, we add a notice to recommend it be so:

Featured Image

As pointed out in WordPress/gutenberg#30904 (comment), the text is too vague. We need to explain that this image is used when the the post appears in Search or is shared on social media. We could also include a link for more information.
