As per @viniarck comment on PR kytos-ng/kytos#167:

I was also reviewing the order the NApps are being installed in the docker files, are we going to move mef_eline https://github.com/amlight/kytos-docker/blob/master/Dockerfile-prod#L46 to be installed after sdntrace_cp?
