https://github.com/glayzzle/php-parser does currently not support PHP8. There is currently an open issue for this. glayzzle/php-parser#486

An alternative may be utilizing https://github.com/nikic/PHP-Parser which has a more active community as e.g. Sebastian Bergman from phpunit is using it. This would require an subproject which contains the code for parsing php8. I will be sharing a prototype for this soon.
