Using 127.0.0.1 instead of localhost for loading the main visualizer page on the browser fails

The default address used for loading the main visualizer page on the browser (which Visualizer Console Server (Open MCT based) is listening to), is localhost, i.e. the special internal IP address of the loopback virtual adapter. localhost resolves to http://127.0.0.1:8080, but using 127.0.0.1 instead of localhost for loading the main visualizer page on the browser fails.
