What is the issue that you are facing?
Presently, any announcement to be made to the students are manually done in each class. An attender approaches each class to read out an announcement or give an information. This leads to problems like information not being uniformly informed to all students or staffs in case they have lab hours or free hours.

How often do you face this issue?
They face it whenever there is an important information to be passed to all students and they may be having lab or free hours.

Where do you face this issue?
They face it inside the campus(the students and staffs).

Do you think, a lot of your friends face the same issue?
Yes, many of them face this issue.

What have you tried to solve the issue?
Tried sharing maximum information among friends.

What do you think is causing the issue?
Lack of proper announcement systems throughout the college.

Have you thought of any ideas that may solve the issue?
Mini speakers can be set up in each classrooms, corridors and labs, so that all students inside the campus can hear and be informed about any important announcements.
