Send message directly to rocketchat user

Hi there! Can you please explain me, how to correctly setup sending message to user, not channel in rocket chat.
Sending alerts to channel works fine. But I have a large amount of users, authorized by Active directory both redmine and rocket chat. And I want to send alert directly to user that assigned for this issue in redmine.
User in Redmine and Rocket chat have identical login.
Ready to give you any additional information about my configuration.
