You can do this yourself using tools like Zapier or Automate.io. I just made a working Bot on Automate.io by setting up following tasks:

Call Automate.io webhook with Redmine Messenger
Translate the incoming JSON to the Microsoft Office 365 Card schema
Call Microsoft Teams webhook from the Automate.io bot with translated data

Works flawlessly, although messages will arrive a few seconds later in Teams 👍
