Autoassign issue for user after status changed

Hello!
It will be nice, if you add next functionality:

If "status x" for "tracker y" in (optional) "project z" was changed to "status n" - then assign to the "user a".
And not as an option in settings, but in follow or elsewhere, to have ability set many times changing while status changes for issue.
