What

Review the examples on the Question pages pattern to reduce the risks of users understanding them as examples of how to collect the data for the scenario in the example (eg. 'This is how you collect passport details') rather than how to ask a question of this or that type.

Why

The example for [Asking multiple questions on a page] has caused confusion being understood as how to gather user's passport details (which services may chose to ask different questions for in 'real life' situation). Thanks @vickytnz for pointing this out.

Other examples may have a similar problem, so it's worth having a look.
