Description

  • confirm it can be used in metrics
  • differentiate between fatal errors and PHP warnings
  • confirm it can be used in Alerts

Use Case

Our Application Monitoring policy tracks an error rate of >2% in 5 minutes and triggers notifications to the team when that threshold is met.

The purpose of this issue is to identify a strategy for creating one monitoring workflow for fatal errors and another for non-fatal errors.

Currently, one can't query by error type in metrics.
