馃悰 Describe the bug

I was trying to create an example of a project that uses the Beaker Executor, but struggled to find the right requirements for my project. Eventually I figured out I needed to install tango, and that I needed a specific version of tango, so the following worked: git+https://github.com/allenai/tango@main#egg=ai2-tango. The errors I got when installing the latest version of tango were not particularly illuminating.
