Ⅰ. Issue Description

ngx_http_upstream_check_module 和 ngx_http_upstream_dynamic_module 配合使用时，如果域名解析地址变动，主动探测不会更新地址，此时动态解析是生效的，访问预期也是正常的，但主动探测结果会使用之前的地址，导致主动探测结果错误
