系统遭频繁调用接口、非法接口、404。可以实现自动拉黑（解除）

可否进一步完善下需求细节，需求说明的越清晰，社区实现起来就越快～

在1s内发生404、500、503达到指定次数，将访问IP拉黑

这个好像不是很通用吧，503可能是服务自身的问题，不是特定IP造成的

我理解比较通用的是对特定IP/Cookie，一段时间访问超限后加入黑名单，屏蔽一段时间后再放出，这种CC防护的场景会更通用些
