Steps to reproduce

打开链接：https://antd5.formilyjs.org/zh-CN/components/date-picker#json-schema-%E6%A1%88%E4%BE%8B ，使用【周选择器】

What is expected?

在picker='week'模式下，组件可正常受控

What is actually happening?

在picker='week'模式下，无论选择哪一周，永远显示【2023第51周】（提问题的这周），不受控

这个会不会是 antd 的问题啊，正常如果不受控，那所有属性都会不受控
