Hello,

我在执行compile_Windows_msvc.md文档编译Windows msv版本的播放器时，执行命令到
compile_Windows_msvc.md
出现如附件上的截图报错，请问这个应该怎么解决？
时需要设置代理吗？设置HTTPS_PROXY and HTTP_PROXY是什么意思？需要设置成什么？
