can't make a backward action

it would be great to see the backward action on Shift+Tab combination
meaning, while single Tab moves cursor from left to right (out of parenthesis)
combination Shift+Tab moves it back from right to left (inside parenthesis)

Workaround: "command+shift+\" toggles before and inside parenthesis.

Using tab + shift to reverse tab no longer works when I enable Tab Out and I would also like to see this fixed. The above key combination does not work.
