Can’t modify albums, covers or songs names ...

• When I change album covers am getting this message:
  java.io.FileNotFoundException: /PATH_TO_MY_MUSIC_FLODER (Permission non accordée)

• When I modify songs names or artists names am getting this message:
  Failed to update tags for file FILE_NAME. java.io.IOException: Cannot make changes to file

As far as I know (maybe I am missing something here) but the www-data has the right permissions to modify the music folder. Any suggestions on how to solve this issue.
