Downloading a playlist - fails

Problem description

When trying to download a playlist it starts to download it, but fails right after.
i tired from localhost and from the ip address of the server both dont work. just fail.

Steps to reproduce

select a playlist and near the playlist there are options of share, play all, export, etc.. and download
press on that, and it starts a download but fails right after. (tried to press resume on the file download and it started working but was corrupted.)
