smtpd will be removed in 3.12 and aiosmtpd is the replacement

To my surprise, PEP-594 explicitly specifies that smtpd will be removed in 3.12, with aiosmtpd explicitly assigned as the replacement lib.

Wow, I'm so happy but at the same time kinda worried people will see my crazy ugly code and curse me under their breath 😅
