discussed as fairly self-explanatory feature.

Add ability to upload / validate multiple fcsvs at once. seems reasonable to restrict one template per upload.

One idea for this - api implementation (would rework the frontend) to enable multi-fcsv upload. For front-end simplicity, could enforce single template
