Northgate uses a separate form for its appeals search, which is hidden on some sites, eg Liverpool:

http://northgate.liverpool.gov.uk/PlanningExplorer17/AppealsSearch.aspx

This one appears not to work, giving a DataField RESTRICTED not found in field collection error.

Camden's appeal search form works, even though it's also hidden:

http://planningrecords.camden.gov.uk/Northgate/PlanningExplorer17/AppealsSearch.aspx

Islington's hidden appeals search fails, giving Runtime Error:

http://planning.islington.gov.uk/northgate/planningexplorer/appealssearch.aspx
