Inconsistencies with "halfcheetah" environment names #113

Hello! ☺️

I have noticed that there are some inconsistencies with the environment names and the latest Jax names. For example, the "halfcheetah" environment is now "half_cheetah", and the reward names have also changed e.g. "reward_forward" is now "reward_run". It might be worth updating these in the environments and wrappers.
