LVGL supports text recolorization (https://docs.lvgl.io/latest/en/html/widgets/label.html#text-recolor) on labels meaning a line of text's sub-text can have different colors.

Might be valuable to differentiate the label (ie: [pin], [i2c]) at the beginning of each monitor line.
