Add "swap pipette" state #178

In this state:

pipette goes home
ui indicates that it is waiting for user to swap pipettes
user provides details about pipette when finished (internal solution in particular)
pipettes are tracked in a way that makes it possible to automatically see which cells were patched on each pipette
