Big problems on iPad1 #109

First of all:
Both fastclick and foundation breaks the trigger button which should open the menu on an iPad.

So jPanelMenu is not compatible with these two plugins.

Second:
The whole page isn't displayed vertically. It just cuts off suddenly. Seems jQuery mobile is responsible for this.

Note all these problems are on iPad and probably other handheld devices.
