repeated password requests on dokuwiki-save-page

When trying to save a page to a dokuwiki server, I sometimes get a password request for login, which is never successful.

How to reproduce

1. with dokuwiki-login, log into server
2. dokuwiki-open-page to open an existing page from server and edit it
3. wait some time and in between log in via browser and webinterface at the wikiserver and log out there again
4. save the page in emacs with dokuwiki-save-page

You will be stuck in an infinite loop of password requests which are never successful.

User Workaround:

Only solution to circumvent this bug is:

1. Break this loop
2. do a dokuwiki-login
3. save page again with dokuwiki-save-page.
   But then you have to reenter all the upload summary.
