I have started working on accessibility features. Updated labels for form fields.

Todo: I want to update the css for the leaflet +/- buttons to be a different color with more contrast.

Todo: I will read up on best practices for accessibility info re: screen readers. Some fields/features may not be descriptive enough. The map info seems to bleed through into the main div which seems clunky.
